- Coordinate the distribution of inventory from suppliers to regional hubs and restaurant locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to optimise the supply chain.
- Oversee inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and surplus, maintaining accurate records and tracking KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in all stages of the distribution process.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement solutions to enhance distribution operations.
- Resolve any distribution-related issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with internal stakeholders.
Profile
- Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite.
