Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum
Location: London
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. This role will involve managing a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring all equipment and facilities are kept in top working order.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team, including training and development, performance management, and scheduling workloads
- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained, including regular inspections and repairs
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring all work is carried out within budget constraints
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to and promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering or similar field
