Junior Cad Designer
My client is an established acoustics consultancy with a remarkable 50-year record of delivering comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across diverse sectors. As a Junior CAD Designer, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects and utilise your expertise to create intricate designs and plans. Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly focusing on HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD and strong proficiency in relevant software tools for design and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management.
- Proven understanding of best installation practices.
- Valid driving licence
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys across the UK and Europe; obtaining precise measurements and specifications to facilitate accurate project planning.
- Coordinating design activities with stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to specifications.
- Creating detailed manufacturing and installation drawings to guide the seamless execution of the project.
- Generating general arrangement drawings detailing project layouts for clarity and uniformity among stakeholders.
- Participating in both on-site and online design meetings; collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with client requirements.
