Operations Manager Duties:
- Ensure company contracts are in order and well managed
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Act as the primary manager for HR functions
- Ensuring the induction processes are followed and up to date
- Manage high levels of HR matters
- Supporting with the hiring, dismissal and performance management processes
- Review CVs
- Arranging interviews
