HR Advisor

Salary up to £35,000
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 1700hrs
We are currently supporting a Northampton based firm in their search for an experienced HR Advisor. Our client is looking for a HR professional who is looking for a role where you can really make a difference.
As a HR Advisor you will play a crucial role in our supporting our clients HR department, this is a varied role and an exciting opportunity for someone to really make a difference and contribute to the success of their growing business. You will be a strong communicator with exceptional relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Duties
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, occupational health, absences management, and performance management.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and developments
The candidate
- CIPD Level 5
- Proven minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR position – including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, HRBP, HR Generalist., etc.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
