Carbon60 are recruiting for a temporary Receptionist to work for a large engineering company that provide pumps, compressors, turbines, and generators.
This Receptionist role is on a temporary basis until the end of July and is needed to cover annual leave and sickness.
Role Responsibilities:
- General administrative work
- Data input
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing
Skills and Experience required:
- Great attention to detail and good multi-tasking skills
- Good Microsoft office packages knowledge, e.g. word, outlook etc.
Monday - Thursday 07:45am-16:30pm and on Fridays 07:45am-3:30pm
(Can be slightly flexible with hours).
