to join their growing digital marketing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of paid search and social media strategies, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver outstanding results. Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aimed at lead generation and delivering high ROI.
  • You will oversee budget allocation and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
  • Design lead-generation campaigns, working closely with CRO & UX teams to enhance landing pages and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including A/B testing, performance monitoring, and real-time optimisation to ensure efficient ad spend and increased ROI.
  • Work closely with content, SEO, and creative teams to align strategies, while regularly providing performance insights to leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, ensuring continuous learning and development.

Paid Media Candidate:

  • Paid media management experience is Essential.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
