1st Line Support Technician

Are you an experienced IT Support Technician able to cover 1st & 2nd line level issues? Can you support both in person and remotely? Are you able to offer 1st class customer service and help users to problem solve?

We are working with a MSP based in Kent who are looking to recruit into their team, Location approx 30 minutes south of Ashford.

Immediate start preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will...

  • Experience with (but not restricted to) Azure and Cloud platform and services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (7-11)
  • Office 365 Admin
  • Installing & configure new computers.

Requirements: As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will need...

  • At least 1 year within IT Support
  • Strong customer service skills

This role is full time / permenant position. 37.5 hours per week.
