My client is a top tier law firm in Central Manchester who are currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a very busy property team.
The Residential Property Paralegal role will include:
- Assisting solicitors with caseload of residential sales and developer plot sales from instruction by client to completion with potential for assisting in purchase and refinance transactions
- Preparing file opening forms and amending the initial letters to issue to clients.
- Drafting and amending relevant documents - for example contracts, transfer deeds etc.
- Updating solicitors and partners on progression of matters.
- Undertaking searches for properties, checking results for searches.
- Completing relevant checklist.
- Completing requisite documents are signed.
- Attending to post completion formalities.
- General administration support
- Closing files.
- Running anti money laundering checks.
The Ideal Residential Property Paralegal will have:
- Having exceptional organisational skills to manage workload and understand how to prioritise.
- The ideal candidate 12+ months as Residential Property paralegal
- Highly organised.
- Degree+ educational background
