Customer Care Administrator

We are seeking an Customer Import Coordinator to join a fast-growing import department. This role is integral to managing all aspects of imports for our clients customers, from issuing quotes and arranging shipments to managing the customs clearance process and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services and shipping & transport services, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage all aspects of ocean imports for customers, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Issue quotes and arrange shipments, coordinating with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
  • Handle the customs clearance process efficiently.
  • Ensure clients receive their shipments on time.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet departmental goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer services.
  • Knowledge of shipping & transport services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
