WR Frost is a regional accountancy firm with offices in Exeter, Okehampton, and Totnes. Our highly skilled team provides personalised business support and tax planning, and your role as an Accounts Senior will contribute directly to our client's success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working independently on the completion of Accounts and Tax Returns for a wide range of client types and structures, ready for a partner review
- VAT return reviews and supporting staff and clients improve their bookkeeping skills
- Assisting with managing workflows
- Reviewing work of more junior staff and helping them on their journey with training
- Staying up to date with latest accounting software updates and releases
Qualifications and Education requirements
- You will need to be able to adapt to the changing environment that the organisation works within
- A desire for variety and a willingness to contribute in shaping this role as the organisation enters a period of significant growth
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a practice environment
- Fully AAT qualified or equivalent experience
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
- A sharp eye for detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to commute to the office in Totnes
- The ability to multi-task, have an open mind and a willingness to help
