Contracts and Compliance Manager

Venn Group are currently working with a central London based organisation in recruiting for a Contracts and Compliance Manager on a Permanent basis.
Location: Central London
Duration: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hrs per week Mon - Fri (on-site)
Rate: £40,000 - £45,000
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all KPIs are met / exceeded with regular audits on works completed
- Complete reports on performance and monitor against SLAs
- Maintain Estates Contract register
- Assist with the onboarding and record-keeping process for contractors, including arranging staff training in line with compliance procedures
- Hold responsibility for the supervision of the Estates helpdesk service
- Maintain and update the Estates risk registers and asset management system
The Ideal candidate:
- Understanding of contracts and compliance in an estates function
- Previously used CAFM system
- Previous line management experience
- Experience of monitoring contracts
- Ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
