This a independent media agency is focused on working with retail and commerce clients and they work with household brand names across the UK. They do award winning work and work collaboratively with data and creative teams to achieve efficiencies for their clients.

The Job
As the Senior Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client engagement and building strong relationships and trust with clients
- Ability to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders and ensuring work is developed in a timely manner
- Huge focus on driving commercials to increase client's revenue
- Ability to manage junior team members of the team, creating development plans and leading 121s and appraisals
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with clients' KPIs
You
- Have a proven experience in client management and good at building client relationships
- Strong communicator and presenter
- Experience in working at senior stakeholder level
- Good knowledge of retail media and commerce
- Good commercial focus and ability to generate additional revenue from clients.
- Have strong organization and prioritization skills
