Management Information Systems Coordinator (MISCO)

- Job Type: Full-time (AYR)
- Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 1:00pm finish on Friday. 37 hours per week
An esteemed educational provider in the Southwest of England is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated MISCO to join their team. This role is crucial for managing learner information and requires an individual who is detail-oriented with a strong background in administration and IT.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accurately input and analyse learner data on spreadsheets or databases, including setting up simple spreadsheets or databases and providing accurate data reports.
- Ensure all paperwork and learner records are accurate and audit compliant for processing.
- Handle telephone calls and visitors, answering general enquiries into the department, and liaising with the wider organisation and partners.
- Represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner, providing information as requested.
- Manage both external and internal post, logging and distributing accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Administration qualification or equivalent experience.
- Competence in IT usage, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to express information and ideas appropriately, concisely, and accurately.
