Our Client, a West Yorkshire Local Authority, is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join its Children & Families Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Manage a caseload comprising of Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child Care Proceedings until permanence.
- Practice restoratively with children and families to promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet competing demands to ensure practice standards, good quality practice and performance needs are met.
