Japanese-speaking Middle Team Credit Analyst / Associate

A major global bank based in London is currently recruiting a Japanese-speaking Credit Analyst / Associate to work in their Middle Team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing quality support on assessing & monitoring credit risk on the portfolio. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with various parties inside and outside the department as a mediator.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £40k depending on experience
START: ASAP

Middle Team Credit Analyst / Associate Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing due date management reports to support Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers
- Preparing the various reports to submit to Head Office and MD(GM)
- Managing original documents
- Providing checks and approvals on various applications such as Credit Applications
- Coordinating and monitoring KYC regular review process
- Creating or updating new or existing procedures if necessary
- Taking care of Joiners and Leavers procedures
- Arranging trainings
- Taking care of any ad hoc duties
- Ordering stationaries
- Comply with various regulations related to banking business
- Comply with internal policies and procedures
Middle Team Credit Analyst / Associate Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of commercial banking is essential
- Proficient Microsoft Office User
- Fluency in English and Japanese
Skills and Experience
- Very good organisational and time management skills
- Very good communication skills - both written and oral
