Call Handler & Data Entry Clerk - Temporary to start Wednesday 2nd October!

Do you have good communication and people skills?

We are supporting a company based in Brighton with recruiting for a temporary Call Handler & Data Entry Clerk. This role will be ongoing and will pay an hourly rate of £11.44. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm and is fully office based.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling outbound calls to gather information from customers
  • Entering and keying the information details onto the database

This role demands a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and superior communication skills. If you have previous customer service experience within an office environment, with a confident telephone manner, we would love to hear from you! You must be available to start immediately.
