We are looking for a part-time Office Manager / Front of House to work 3 days per week for a financial services company. This is a permanent role where you will be required to be in the office Tuesday- Thursday. We are looking for a professional candidate who is happy to take on both reception and office management duties and keen to manage a future office move. This is a fantastic role within an exciting team where you will need to always be one step ahead and super organised. The hours are between 8.30am – 5pm and they are offering up to £38k pro rata with nice benefits.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Liaise and manage external contractors
- Manage and be based on reception
- Manage office inductions, staff compliance and health and safety
- Company event organisation
The right person must have a "can do" attitude. We are looking for:-
- 4+ years experience in a similar role, ideally have undertaken an office move
- Strong communication skills and literacy
- Great attitude and super organised
