One of Exeter's exciting regional law firms is looking to hire an experienced Lawyer to work as part of their Litigation team. In an ideal world, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, although we are considering candidates with much more experience, as well as possibly slightly less experience than this. The role will predominantly be focused on Property Litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes, as well as also covering other general areas of litigation such as Commercial Litigation and Employment. This firm are a firm to really watch, as they continue to grow their team and enhance their reputation. Having recently won a very prestigious award, while also managing to attract a number of top local lawyers to the firm, this is a firm really on a high. With a supportive and friendly culture, good people and realistic expectations, the firm can also provide people with the chance to really grow a team and build a bit of a legacy. This role can be based in one of a number of their different regional offices, including both Exeter and Taunton, and other offices across Devon.

- Property litigation, including landlord and tenant disputes
- Commercial litigation

- Debt recovery
Experience sought:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years' PQE within litigation
- The ability and energy to get involved with the firm's networking plan, attending social and networking events
- A credible approach

Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30 or similar)
