In this role, you will manage your own diverse caseload, including property sales via auction, transfers of equity, and other transactions for business clients. You will take ownership of these matters throughout their lifecycle, handling key tasks such as reviewing documentation, managing completions, and resolving client due diligence issues. Understanding each client's unique requirements, you will drive transactions forward while collaborating closely with unit leaders, colleagues, and various external stakeholders. Ensuring all transactions comply with quality standards and legal regulations is paramount, as is delivering exceptional service. You will also work alongside a supportive team, including assistant-level resources, to guarantee the highest standards of service.
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with prior experience in property transactions and managing a busy caseload. Strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships are essential. The role demands the capacity to address issues methodically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As part of a dynamic Conveyancing Services team, you will be entrusted with your own caseload, providing personalized service to clients while contributing to the success of the business.
