Role Overview:
The MFL Teacher will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality language education to secondary school students. You will be responsible for inspiring students to embrace new languages and cultures through innovative and engaging teaching methods.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating lessons in one or more foreign languages.
- Customize teaching approaches to address the varied learning styles and abilities of students.
- Incorporate cultural elements and authentic materials to deepen students' understanding and appreciation of the language.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to encourage mastery of language skills.
- Work in collaboration with fellow MFL teachers to create a cohesive curriculum and a nurturing educational environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant language or Modern Foreign Languages Education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching MFL at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages and a passion for language teaching.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a multicultural classroom.
