As Executive Assistant for this rapidly expanding business, you will be a supportive force that empowers the senior leadership team to continue with the company's succession plans.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to deal.

As the Executive Assistant you will have previous experience performing administrative duties, provide support to the management team, and manage complex scheduling systems.

The employer is offering hybrid working and can be flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executive's travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination where necessary
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Monitor and report on sales forecasting, operations KPIs, purchasing and checks and supplier goals.
  • Assist with HR duties as required
  • Organize team communications and keeping the team focused on set goals, such as product launch pipelines from design to shop floor

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Strict Confidentiality must be respected.
