As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide potential buyers through finding and purchasing their dream homes, providing personalised support every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, showcasing homes and explaining the buying process.
- Conduct site visits, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the to team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous property sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of local housing market trends a plus.
