Positions Available:
- Primary SEN Teacher
- Secondary SEN Teacher
- Post 16 SEN Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Team Teach: Experience with positive behavior support strategies and techniques.
- Attention Autism: Familiarity with the Attention Autism approach to engage students and develop communication skills.
- SEND Experience: Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly those with ASC, ADHD, MLD, and other complex needs.
