Receptionist

Our client is a well established real estate business who is based in Liverpool City Centre. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their busy Administration team and will be the main point of contact for all visitors and clients.

Key duties will include:

  • Answering and screening all incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the relevant Person.
  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors.
  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building.
  • Take receipt of any mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributes items.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as required.
  • To meet or exceed service standard and key performance indicators associated with the role.

To be successful in this role you must have previous Reception experience, have exceptional communication skills, can do attitude, be well presented and can keep a tight schedule and manage time effectively.

The salary offered will be above NMW, hours are 9-5pm (30 minute lunch), city centre location, 25 days + birthday + BH's, pension and other benefits available.
