Job Opportunity: Service Administrator
Salary: £26,770 starting salary, reviewed after 6 months
Location: Office-based in Banbury Mon- Fri 8.30 - 5 with one hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Operations:
- Assist the Assistant Service Manager with various tasks and provide absence cover when needed.
- Coordinate with haulage companies to schedule collection and delivery.
- Plan and allocate resources for projects and service work, maintaining daily site updates.
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to meet their resource needs.
- Ensure completion of works by liaising with technicians and customers.
Travel and Logistics:
- Book travel and accommodation for the Service and Installation team, including flights, ferries, and vehicle hire.
- Inform engineers of their travel arrangements.
- Support colleagues with travel arrangements, optimizing for cost savings.
Equipment and Purchases:
- Arrange plant hire and equipment for service and installation work, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Manage weekly timecards and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Identify, schedule, and coordinate department training, maintaining accurate training records.
- Organize servicing of gas meters.
Financial Administration:
- Raise purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process receipts and authorize invoices in Sage.
- Issue sales invoices for work orders and monthly Synergy invoices.
- Handle chargeable/service job invoices and external labourrecharges.
General Duties:
- Create service reports.
- Adhere to health and safety policies, encouraging safe practices.
- Maintain weekly whereabouts records and provide absence cover for colleagues.
