, you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload, providing expert advice to a wide range of clients on matters such as:
- Buying, selling, and leasing land or property
- Development, infrastructure, and planning projects
- Property finance and investment
- Regeneration initiatives
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and leases
- Private company acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property Law
- Member of a relevant professional body
- Excellent academic record in Law or related field
