Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of hand tools
- Carry out close up work
- Manual handling/ dextrous work
- Accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Use of initiative and flexible working attitude
- Able to demonstrate they meet the minimum entry level 3 of numeracy and literacy to NVQ standards
- Complete paperwork correctly
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
- Follow health and safety rules.
Candidate Specification:
- Experience of working in a high-volume production environment is desirable
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work on own initiative when necessary
- Able to work to within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision
- Able to work in a safe manner
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and work to standards
- Good Manual dexterity.
Shift Pattern:
First 8 weeks: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 1pm
Post 8 weeks: 3 on 3 off - 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am.
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
