£38-43k + £3600 tax free bonus (non-guaranteed)

Marketing Communications Senior Account Manager required for a busy agency in Gloucestershire, you'll have experience in communications and the full marketing mix.

You'll be responsible for managing relationships with clients, implementing marcomms plans, delivering marketing and communications campaigns, plus supporting the agencies marketing and growth. Projects could range from creating content - whitepapers, web cop, social media etc, SEO, re-brands, lead generation, events, marketing collateral, you name it!

Managing a B2B client base, across a number of industries, namely tech, construction, logistics and retail and working closely with the Marketing, PR and creative teams

Skills required:

  • Previous agency experience with experience of the full marketing mix, both digital and offline channels
  • Strong marketing campaign development and writing skills, along with a good creative eye
  • Previous B2B client experience, this role will focus on technology and construction/logistics - experience in this area would be great! Other areas include grocery retail, public sector, membership events, and not-for-profit
  • You will be marketing qualified with strong experience of brand engagement and communications
  • Business development skills, you will need the ability to develop client accounts and help generate new business
  • Strong financial acumen to help meet targets, manage budgets, analyse and make sound financial decisions

About the role:

  • Contributing to business decisions for the agency
  • Implementing strategic direction to key clients (brand, marketing and communications)
  • Development/implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns
  • Reporting on activity, KPIs and online statistics
  • Budgetary management including reporting and analysis of spend
  • Presenting proposals and supporting pitches to potential and existing clients
  • Mentoring and developing the existing in-house team members
