Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Bedford are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing two to five projects at one time whilst looking after all aspects of the projects including managing the client on a long-term basis. Projects are varied from refurbishments, fit outs, restoration and extensions within the commercial, hospitality and food & beverage sector. These projects on average last 2 - 10 weeks.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and is confident in the pre-site management. The candidate will need to be based locally to Bedford and willing to travel for projects.
