TSR Legal are working with a Top 100 law firm located in the historic city of Bath. The firm is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to support their thriving property department.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a diverse caseload, assisting with the smooth progression of residential conveyancing transactions. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to conveyancers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of one year's experience in a conveyancing or property law role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on client care.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and standard office software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications in law, such as a Law degree, Legal Practice Course (LPC), or equivalent, are desirable but not essential. More important is your commitment to delivering exceptional service and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
