Reed Education is looking for a dynamic, qualified and experienced Key Stage Two Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional education and make a significant impact on the academic journey of children in primary schools throughout the Wakefield region, including areas such as Castleford, Pontefract, Normanton etc.

There are options of long-term supplythat could lead into permanent contracts.

Day to day of the role:

  • Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to cater to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to advance your teaching practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
  • Has experience in Key Stage Two with a thorough understanding of the curriculum.
  • Exhibits strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Is adaptable, collaborative, and eager to engage in the school community.
