Sales Administrator

Fully remote - home based role

9.30am to 6pm - Monday to Friday (fixed hours)

Our client, a successful property services company, are looking for a remote Administrator to help their existing team with an extremely busy period. This role could have other internal opportunities following the FTC for the right candidate. Please note for this role you will have to have a clean DBS check and a credit check with no current IVAs, CCJs and bankruptcies.

The key responsibilities for a Sales Administrator:

  • Entering new sales leads onto the system including the source of the lead
  • Distributing leads amongst the sales team
  • Making and taking necessary phone calls to aid customers with professionalism
  • Managing an inbox, ensuring quick outcomes for customers
  • Using a CRM system

The minimum requirements for a Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service roles
  • Happy to work from home - can manage own time and motivate themselves
  • Can pass a DBS check (clean) and credit check with no IVAs, CCJs and bankruptcies
  • Great communication skills
  • Brilliant accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable and great with IT

The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator:

  • Competent with MS Excel
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Can work at fast pace
