This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.

My client interested in hearing from Candidates in all Industries and positions who have a proven track record in Billing, filling and servicing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to service and drive forward our Industrial or Commercial sectors.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Specification;

  • Business development and maintaining Client relationships
  • Researching the local marketplace
  • Attending networking events
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the process from the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Assisting with marketing for the Company
  • Being responsible for Company Social Media pages
  • Working to team based and individual targets
  • All other associated tasks as required by the Company

Senior Recruitment Consultant person Specification;

  • A strong and proven track record of working within a sales environment
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and confident manner
  • Ability to multitask and react to Clients needs in a timely manner
  • Fantastic communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of Clients & Candidates
  • A desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing Company
  • To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team to meet deadlines

Salary-£35,000 to £45,000 basic (depending on experience) and very competitive commission structure
