THE COMPANY: Our client is a Legal Technology firm who are seeking a Solution Operations Support.
THE ROLE:
- Hands on disputes technology support including management of electronic documentation
- Actioning requests promptly and conducting quality checks of the tasks
- Liaise by telephone and email with solicitors and barristers
- Assisting with technical queries
THE PERSON:
- Experience working in a professional services environment in a client facing role
- Flexible with the ability to participate in weekly shift arrangements
- Interest in technology, processes and systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
