HR Systems & Data Analyst

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a UK property business to secure a HR Systems & Data Analyst on a 12 month contract. The company has multi-sites and nearly one thousand employees across the UK. They are on a journey of implementing Oracle and are on the hunt for a talented HR Systems & Data Analyst to support with this new HRIS transition and provide further reporting and insights to the business. This is a new role reporting into the Head of HR Operations, working within a HR team of 15. You'll be providing support across the company's HR platforms, setting up processes, developing their analytics and reporting capabilities as well as supporting with the implementation projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support with the management of the HR Systems (Oracle)
  • Supporting with the implementation of the new HRIS, liaising with the Parent company, vendors and project managing
  • Ensuring effective data capture and management
  • Providing HR reporting and insights through analytics, identifying trends and presenting to stakeholders
  • Use of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI as well as regular use of Excel
  • Support with HR projects such as data cleanses and audits
  • Streamline and automate processes where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance and governance

You must be an experienced HR Systems/Business Analyst with Oracle experience to be considered for this role with effective reporting and analytics skills. You should be a skilled user of Excel and have used reporting tools such as PowerBI in previous roles. It's essential that you can give examples of improving processes, ensuring effective data management and delivering on projects. You should have contributed to a HR system implementation previously. You should have effective communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. This is initially a 12 month contract but could have the opportunity to extend or turn permanent if you prove invaluable in the role. Ideally you will be available on short notice or at least a maximum of one month notice. The role will offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 and the opportunity to contribute to a significant implementation project where you can play an integral role across all systems, data and reporting matters.
