Telesales Executive

Job Overview: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products/services. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport-building techniques.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.
  • Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
