Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation on the recruitment of an Internal Communications Lead for a 12 month FTC.
My client is looking for someone who has experience of dealing with Internal Communications for large change and transformation projects.
Duties:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that effectively communicates the modernisation transformation programme goals, objectives, and benefits to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the project team to understand the changes being implemented and develop messaging that is clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of each stakeholder group.
- Responsible for managing the communication channels and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the lifespan of the transformation.
- Managing resistance to change and ensuring that the project is delivered with widespread employee engagement and a seamless transition to the new ways of working.
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan and will work with the project team to identify different stakeholder groups so they can tailor messages and engagement accordingly.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Relevant Internal Communications experience gained in large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of continuing professional development
