Finance Assistant

My client is a plastic manufacturing business based in Runcorn. They are currently looking to add a Finance Assistant to their finance team.

The role will be full time and fully office based. This is a temporary contract with a great chance to go permanent.

Job Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the transactional finance of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Resolving Supplier Queries
  • Creating and sending of receivable invoices
  • Chasing payment of receivable invoices
  • Admin duties such as data collation and answering phones

Requirements

  • Experience in a finance department.
  • Good IT skills required.
  • Ideally Sage 50 experience
  • Good attention to detail required.
  • Strong work ethic.
