My client is a plastic manufacturing business based in Runcorn. They are currently looking to add a Finance Assistant to their finance team.
The role will be full time and fully office based. This is a temporary contract with a great chance to go permanent.
Job Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the transactional finance of the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Resolving Supplier Queries
- Creating and sending of receivable invoices
- Chasing payment of receivable invoices
- Admin duties such as data collation and answering phones
Requirements
- Experience in a finance department.
- Good IT skills required.
- Ideally Sage 50 experience
- Good attention to detail required.
- Strong work ethic.
