This fully onsite role plays a crucial part in supporting the HR team and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their HR career as the organisation offers excellent career progression and exposure. It is a fully generalist role and would suit a HR Coordinator / Assistant looking to take that next step into an advisory role.
As a HR Advisor your duties will include:
- Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
- ER related matters including investigations, grievance and disciplinaries
- Managing the Employee Life Cycle including selection and onboarding
- General HR Administration including Benefits and contract updates
- Provide regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
- Develop strong engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives to focus retention and succession planning.
