Hours between 0900-1900 (22.5 hours per week)
Monday to Sunday
£11.44 per hour

Our well known retail client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join the friendly team on a temporary basis.

You will be required to offer support to colleagues and customers and help to resole issues and deal with enquiries efficiently and effectively.

The hours are quite flexible but you must be able to work a Sunday (6hrs).

You must be available to start immediately.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers and resolve queries
  • Manage own workload, regulating updating internal and external customers
  • Promote and maintain high standards in line with the brand

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under own direction
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems
