Job title: Accounts Assistant (Must have practice accounts experience)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £37,000
Hours: Flexible, Part-time
Your role:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with team members on cooperation tax and personal tax matters.
- Process VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.
Ideal person:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in practice accounts.
- Proficiency in Iris, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with traditional accounting methods and practices.
