Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000neg + bonus

The role of the Assistant Branch Manager - Insulation / Roofing will involve:
- Selling comprehensive range of distributed insulation systems for roofing, flooring, building, fire protection, dry wall and a large range of other applications
- Selling into national & independent builders merchants
- Sales focused management role with the view to increase sales whilst maintaining & developing existing customer accounts
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all customers
- Help contribute to branch profitability targets
- Supporting with branch operations in the absence of the branch manager
- Assisting with the management of 4 branch staff
The ideal applicant will be an Assistant Branch Manager - Insulation / Roofing experience with:
- Must have people management experience either in supervisor or managerial position
- Must have strong sales experience with insulation, dry lining, drywall, wall/floor/ceiling lining
- Must have a good telephone manner
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Excellent communication skills at customer and interpersonal levels
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Commercially capable, loyal and technical
