Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide analytical support for SAP Business One and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Offer internal support to all users, assisting with data-related queries.
- Support the implementation of new applications and systems with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare, analyse, and distribute data to facilitate informed decision-making across the business.
- Develop and maintain both standard and complex reports for various departments.
- Ensure the integrity of data through regular monitoring and auditing for quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Take on additional data-related tasks within the department as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP Business One experience being highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with MS SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
