Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record student attendance and punctuality.
- Work closely with staff, students, and parents to improve attendance rates.
- Analyse attendance data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Implement attendance policies and follow up on unexplained absences.

- Experience using BromCom (SIMS or ARBOR experince accepted)
- Experience of CPOMS
- Experience using Microsoft Office including knowledge of Word and Excel
- Some knowledge of attendance laws and legislation
