£50,000 - £55,000 (£60k+ OTE) + Company Van +Fuel card + Door-To-Door Pay + 33 holidays + Time-And-A-Half Overtime
Excellent opportunity for an electrically-biased Service Engineer with Power Generation experience to advance their career with a specialist CHP company that can provide valuable training and enhanced earning opportunities through bonuses and overtime.
This leading Sustainable Energy business work with a variety of commercial and industrial clients such as manufacturers and hospitals to deliver, service and maintain CHP and Generator systems across the UK.
In this role, the engineer will be responsible for fault finding and diagnosis, repairs, service and maintenance for electrical plant such as Generators, Engines and CHP units. Travel and stay-aways will be involved, however this will be expensed by the company and will allow you to build upon your earnings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the Power Generation industry where they have been involved in electrical maintenance for things such as Engines, Generators, Turbines or similar. The engineer will also be able to diagnose and repair faults, as well as install new equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a field-based electrical role, and who is looking to level up their career and take on a new role specialising in CHP/generator equipment for a rapidly growing company.
The role:
- Maintaining and repairing a variety of electrical equipment
- Providing in-depth fault finding and fault diagnosis of electrical equipment in CHP units, Generator, Control Panels and PLC's.
- Installing new electrical equipment
- UK wide Travel + overnight stays
The candidate
- 18th edition qualified
- Experience in an electrical field-based role within the Power Generation industry
- Inspection and Testing preferred but not necessary
