Operational Duties
Operating within a team of 3 Maintenance Operatives, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.

- Supporting the Facilities Manager with the completion and allocation of maintenance requests.
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance, completing training as necessary to help complete relevant tasks.
- Ensuring timely completion of reactive repairs and maintenance across the development, reporting any issues or trends.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
Requirements
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Skilled in the use of hand & power tools, common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience in carpentry.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to read & understand blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Confident in the use of smart technology is preferable.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
