Our client is a leading global fund administrator specialising in providing comprehensive financial services to the investment industry. With a robust technology platform and a commitment to innovation, the company supports a diverse range of clients, including hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investment vehicles. The Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing data migration projects, particularly focusing on financial systems such as Investran and eFront.
Role Responsibilities
- Analysing clients' accounting and reporting requirements
- Planning data migrations, data remediations and/or data onboarding approaches for new and existing clients
- Designing, building, and testing reports, in line with clients' requirements and internal best-practice rules
- Mapping transactions to the target accounting system's Chart of Accounts
- Load data into the target system, validating accuracy and completeness
- Maintain records of data migration activities for audit and compliance purposes
Role Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Fund Accounting
- Proven experience with Investran or eFront systems is essential
- Experience working with other financial software systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data migrations would be a huge advantage
