JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a very successful and growing business as they look to recruit a Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Finance Director and Senior Leadership team, this role is available on either a permanent or interim to permanent basis.
Taking responsibility for the day to day finance operations, the successful candidate will be confident managing a small team, working closely with the Management Accountant, Purchase & Sales Ledger teams to improve processes and efficiencies within the department. Other key duties will include:
- Overseeing the production of management accounts and monthly board pack
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reporting of numerous KPI's for senior leadership team
- Overseeing supplier payment runs working with Purchase Ledger team
- Working with Credit Control to monitor aged debt
- Cash flow forecasting
- To support the FD with system implementations and project work
- Recruitment as required within the finance team
