The Role:
This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. Step away from the volume work and manage a caseload of 60 files. You'll handle a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industry's leading case management system.
With a clear and achievable bonus structure on offer, you can earn a considerable amount on top of your annual salary.
Responsibilities:
- Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
- Proactively and efficiently manage transactions, whilst managing Client expectation
- Responsible for files from opening through to completion, ensuring that all files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and following regulatory and statutory requirements
- Provide clients with legal advice relevant to their cases, recording the advice and representing the best interests of the client in the transaction
- Taking instructions from clients and drafting the necessary legal documents and contracts for each case
- Proactively deal with the other side solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, clients and local authorities
- Deal with complex enquiries, researching previous cases and relevant laws to provide accurate advice
